It was the first time Shopify let me know that there was a high risk of fraud, so naturally I held off on fulfilling it for a couple of days. This is an accepted solution. Before you take any action against the chargeback, I recommend contacting Shopify Support so they can take a look at your store and verify the email that you have received. Therefore, if you believe a payment is fraudulent, refund it.
